Vid extra bolagsstämma den 12 maj 2022 i BellPal Holding AB fattades följande beslut i enlighet med det förslag som presenterats i kallelsen till extra bolagsstämman som hållits tillgänglig på bolagets webbplats www.bellpal.com.
Bolagsstämman beslutade i enlighet med styrelsens förslag om ändring av villkoren i de av Bolaget utgivna teckningsoptionerna av serie TO 1, innebärande att teckningsperioden påbörjas den 1 juni 2022 istället för den 15 maj 2022.
Det noterades att beslutet var enhälligt.
