Offentliggörande av Informationsmemorandum med anledning av planerad start av handel med aktier på Nordic SME

Styrelsen i BellPal Holding AB (publ) (”Bolaget”) har upprättat ett Informationsmemorandum med anledning av upptagande till handel av Bolagets aktier på NGM Nordic SME. Första dag för handel är planerad till den 13 maj 2022. Bolagets Teckningsoptioner av serie TO1 planeras tas upp till handel vid genomförd registrering hos Bolagsverket av ändrade villkor som beslutades på dagens extra stämma.
